杨永寿(与安徽大学联合培养)
个人简介:杨永寿,博士,硕士生导师。2010年毕业于石河子大学食品质量与安全专业,获工学学士学位。2013 年至 2018 年在日本广岛大学统合生命研究科留学,先后获得硕士和博士学位。博士毕业后先后在日本庆应大学和东京大学从事博士后研究工作,期间获得日本文部省“外国人特别研究员”(JSPS)项目资助。2021 年回国后在安徽大学从事教学科研工作。目前主要在功能性食品、肠道健康、益生菌/益生、微生物资源发掘等领域从事相关研究工作。借助多组学、生物信息学、基因编辑、发酵工程等技术手段,围绕功能食品、益生菌等开展基础科学研究和应用技术转化。近年在 Frontiers in Nutrition、Foods、Life Sciences、Journal of Functional Foods、Journal of Future Foods 等主流国际学术期刊发表论文20 余篇。同时担任International Journal of Molecular Sciences等多篇杂志审稿人。
